By using Cantina you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What Cantina is

Cantina is a free, non-commercial fan project: a digital simulator for Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company, Lucasfilm Ltd., or Fantasy Flight Games. Star Wars and Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game, including all related characters, cards, logos, and artwork, are the property of their respective owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cantina.

Accounts

• Sign-in is handled by Clerk using a username and password. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Choose a display name that is not offensive, harassing, or impersonates another person. We may rename, suspend, or terminate accounts whose display names violate this rule.
• One account per person. Don't create alts to evade suspensions.

Code of conduct

In chat, usernames, friend requests, and feedback, do not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate another user, moderator, or administrator.
• Spam, abuse the feedback system, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Cheat, exploit bugs in lieu of reporting them, or use bots.

Chat and moderation

In-game chat messages are stored on our servers and visible to other players in the same game. Site administrators may read chat to investigate reports or enforce these terms. See the privacy policy for full details.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our discretion if it violates these terms or is harmful to the site or its users. We may also remove or rename offensive content (including display names) without notice.

Intellectual property

• All Star Wars names, images, card text, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective rights-holders. Cantina makes no claim of ownership and operates as a non-commercial fan project.
• Content you submit (display name, chat, feedback) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Cantina a non-exclusive license to display it as needed to operate the site (e.g., showing your messages to your opponent).

No warranty

Cantina is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. The site may be unavailable, contain bugs, or lose data. Don't rely on it for anything that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cantina and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (or any other law) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
